Job summary

We're looking for an innovative and detail-oriented professional to design, develop, and operationalise training programmes.

The incumbent develops and delivers impactful training programmes that equip people with skills for current and future jobs. This role combines course design, engaging learning strategies, and seamless programme delivery to foster career growth and lifelong learning.

What You’ll Do
  • Apply adult learning principles and instructional design to create engaging, outcome-driven content.
  • Integrate technology and digital platforms to enhance interactivity and accessibility.
  • Evaluate curriculum effectiveness, ensure quality standards, and explore accreditation opportunities.
  • Manage programme enablement, delivery, and learner support from end to end.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal teams, partners, and learners to meet evolving workforce needs.
What We’re Looking For
  • Passion for adult learning, curriculum development, and global education relevance.
  • 4–5 years’ experience in corporate training, adult education, or L&D.
  • ACTA/ACLP, DDDLP, relevant diploma or degree; MOE registration advantageous.
  • Skilled in ICT tools, Microsoft Office, Adobe applications, Canva, and online training platforms.
  • Excellent written and spoken English, with strong proposal writing skills.
  • Knowledge of SkillsFuture Singapore frameworks and national workforce initiatives is a plus.
  • Highly organised, resourceful, and confident in working independently.
