Job summary

A leading HR Management firm in Singapore seeks a Senior HR Executive to coordinate performance management, oversee payroll cycles, and provide HR support to business units. The role requires a degree in Business Administration or related field, at least 5 years of relevant experience, and strong communication skills. Responsibilities include managing employee benefits, preparing contracts, and liaising with payroll vendors. Responsibilities

Senior Executives Management

  • Coordinate the annual Performance Management and Management Development Review exercises.
  • Administer and monitor employees’ benefits and entitlements, including executive health screening and health insurance.
  • Prepare employment and consultancy contracts, as well as HR-related documents for senior executives.
  • Maintain an organised and up-to-date filing system for personnel records and other confidential documents.

Payroll

  • Liaise with the payroll vendor and manage the full payroll cycle independently for locally based senior executives, including preparation of fund requests and budget submissions.
  • Coordinate with the payroll vendor on consultancy payments, both local and overseas.
  • Attend to external auditors’ queries related to payroll matters.

HR Operations

  • Provide the full spectrum of HR support and services to the assigned Business Unit(s).
Requirements
  • Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience.
