Job Description

Looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to provide end-to-end HR generalist support to assigned business units. This role partners closely with management and operational leaders to drive HR strategies, ensure regulatory compliance, and support business growth through effective people management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner business leaders to deliver HR strategies aligned with organisational objectives
  • Manage the full spectrum of HR functions including manpower planning, deployment, and budgeting
  • Lead performance management, employee relations, engagement, and employee experience initiatives
  • Support organisational change, talent management, and succession planning
  • Review, develop, and implement HR policies, processes, and guidelines in compliance with local employment laws
  • Advise and coach managers on HR matters, employment practices, and people management issues
  • Oversee onboarding programmes and support workforce integration
  • Maintain accurate manpower records and prepare HR reports and workforce analytics
  • Analyse HR data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree from a recognised institution
  • Minimum 7 years of HR generalist / HR Business Partner experience
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and HR compliance
  • Experience in healthcare, retail, hospitality, or related industries is an advantage
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing HR programmes and process improvements
  • Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
