Job Responsibilities
  • Manage assigned service point operations, overseeing front counter services, administrative functions, and overall daily activities.
  • Partner with Nurse Managers and stakeholders to address system and process challenges.
  • Develop and implement innovative services to enhance patient care and service standards.
  • Accountable for achieving assigned clinical volume and financial targets.
  • Oversee services through annual budgeting, reviews with clinical heads, and planning of new initiatives.
  • Lead and supervise a team of non-nursing staff delivering services at service points.
  • Facilitate effective communication between staff and management, ensuring timely updates, escalation of issues, and solution recommendations.
  • Contribute to committees and perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Degree in any discipline with at least 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Prior healthcare operations experience is an advantage.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cohesive teams and foster cross-functional collaboration.
  • Confident in engaging and influencing senior management as well as internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; knowledge of hospital software systems is an added advantage.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks effectively and perform under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent skills in communication, problem-solving, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal relations.
