Role overview

We are seeking an Assistant Manager to lead and support ESGconsulting engagements, with a strong focus on sustainability reporting anddisclosure development.

The ideal candidate has solid experience across majorreporting frameworks, strong consulting capabilities, and the discipline todeliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do
  • Lead or support ESG and sustainability reporting aligned tomajor frameworks: ISSB/IFRS, GRI, TCFD, SASB, and emerging standards such as ESRS/CSRD.
  • Conduct materiality assessments, ESG data collection, KPIdevelopment, and process enhancements.
  • Produce clear, structured deliverables and ensure on-time,high-quality project outcomes.
  • Manage client engagement activities and collaborate with multidisciplinaryteams.
  • Contribute to proposals, thought leadership, and developmentof ESG methodologies.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering growth andexcellence.
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance,Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business, or related fields.
  • Professional certifications in ESG or sustainabilityreporting (e.g., GRI, SASB, IFRS Sustainability) will be an advantage.5–7 yearsof experience in ESG, sustainability reporting, or corporate sustainabilityroles.
  • Strong understanding of key ESG frameworks and emergingregulatory standards.
  • Meticulous and analytical, with the ability to translatetechnical concepts into practical, client-ready outputs.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and projectmanagement skills.
  • Background in sustainability domains (environment, climate,sustainable development, corporate sustainability) preferred to complementaccounting and reporting strengths within the team.
