Job description
Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and mentorship through effective coaching and training for team members.

  • Oversee credit control, ensuring consistent monitoring and prompt follow‑up of Accounts Receivable balances.

  • Respond to operational queries related to Accounts Receivable matters.

  • Ensure timely monthly closing of Accounts Receivable and Vehicle Stock records.

  • Review journals, invoices, and commissions, ensuring accuracy.

  • Prepare monthly reports, conduct balance reviews, and highlight potential risks.

  • Guarantee transactions, including invoicing and receipts, are billed accurately in compliance with GST requirements.

  • Ensure correct revenue recognition in line with FRS 115.

  • Manage the annual vehicle stock take process.

  • Assist in both external and internal audits.

  • Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the Finance Manager.

Requirements:
  • A minimum degree in Accountancy.

  • At least 6 years of relevant supervisory experience.

  • Meticulous, organized, and a strong team player with leadership capabilities.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Capable of thriving in a fast‑paced work environment.

  • Ability to identify areas for enhancement in existing processes.

  • Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
