Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day clinic operations.
  • Supervise and support clinical and administrative staff.
  • Help coordinate staff schedules to ensure appropriate coverage.
  • Monitor patient flow and clinic efficiency, making real-time adjustments as needed.
  • Address staff performance issues and resolve conflicts in a timely manner.
  • Provide leadership to clinical and administrative teams in the absence or support of the Clinic Manager.
  • Assist with onboarding and training new staff.
  • Promote high levels of customer service and patient satisfaction.
  • Address patient inquiries, complaints, or service issues quickly and professionally.
  • Ensure front desk and clinical support functions are operating efficiently.
  • Help maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and clinic policies.
  • Monitor supply usage and inventory levels; assist in purchasing.
  • Help implement new policies and procedures and ensure staff compliance.
  • Assist doctors with treatments when needed, ensuring cleanliness and efficiency whenever required.
  • Prepare treatment rooms and equipment for aesthetic procedures whenever required.
  • Any adhoc assignments delegated by the reporting manager/doctors.
