Responsibilities

  • Conduct due diligence on potential wealth and investment opportunities.
  • Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis of portfolio holdings and asset classes.
  • Assist in generating investment proposals, performance reports, and market commentaries.
  • Gather and synthesize economic, market, and company-specific data to support investment decisions.
  • Prepare and process trade orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Monitor portfolios for cash balances and compliance with client investment policies.
  • Resolve trade settlement issues and coordinate with custodial and operations teams.
  • Prepare comprehensive client performance reviews and quarterly statements.
  • Assist in drafting client-facing correspondence and presentations.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries regarding portfolio performance.

  • Assist in drafting client-facing correspondence, presentations, and meeting materials.

  • Respond promptly to client and internal inquiries regarding portfolio performance, transactions, and account details.

  • Ensure all client documentation, Know Your Customer (KYC), and suitability requirements are complete and current.

  • Maintain and update client data, transaction records, and research files in the management systems.

  • Assist with regulatory reporting and internal compliance audits as needed.
