Overview

About AiTreat / NovaHealth
AiTreat combines Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) with advanced robotics (creator of EMMA, the world’s first TCM Tuina robot). Through our subsidiary NovaHealth TCM, we operate 11 clinics across Singapore, supported by HQ R&D and Operations at 55 Ayer Rajah Crescent.

This Singapore-based role plans and runs HR across R&D, Operations, and Clinics, managing a staff base of ~30–50 employees and building scalable people processes as we grow.

Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-end recruitment: TCM Physicians, Sports Science Specialists/Physiotherapists, Clinic Managers & Assistants, Ops/Marketing, and R&D/support roles.
  • HR operations & compliance: employment contracts, HR records, leave & attendance admin, payroll inputs; ensure MOM compliance.
  • Manpower planning & rotation: maintain a master roster across 11 clinics; ensure fair, compliant coverage; publish monthly coverage reports.
  • Onboarding & orientation: run company orientation; coordinate role training with hiring managers.
  • Employee relations & engagement: act as first point of contact for HR queries; support performance reviews and incentives.
  • Reporting & improvement: monthly dashboards on recruitment, attendance accuracy, roster coverage, and payroll input accuracy.
Requirements
  • 3–5 years HR experience with independent planning & execution; multi-site healthcare/retail/service experience preferred.
  • Hands-on capability in recruitment and HR operations; confident with multi-location rostering.
  • Familiarity with Singapore employment regulations and HRIS/payroll tools.
  • Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills; comfortable in a fast-paced growth environment.
