Job Scope
  • Lead, manage, and develop the HR team, ensuring clear accountability, performance standards, and effective service delivery.
  • Partner business leaders to translate organizational needs into practical HR strategies covering workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement.
  • Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including employee lifecycle management, payroll and benefits administration, HRIS accuracy, and recruitment for blue- and white-collar roles (including foreign manpower matters).
  • Act as a gatekeeper to ensure HR policies and practices are fair,անը consistent, and compliant with company standards and Singapore MOM regulations.
  • Manage employee relations, advising managers on performance management, disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and handling sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion.
  • Drive performance management, learning and development, succession planning, continuous improvement of HR policies/SOPs, and company event planning and execution.
Requirement
  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or assistant manager role
  • Prior experience in manufacturing or logistics sectors preferred
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team leadership skills
