Job summary

A facilities management company based in Singapore is seeking an experienced professional to manage maintenance operations. Responsibilities include planning and supervising facilities services, ensuring compliance with ISO standards, conducting inspections, and coordinating with clients. The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in Facility Management and possess a Diploma or Degree in a related field. This role is crucial for maintaining high service standards and client relationships.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in related Facility Management or equivalent.
• Minimum Diploma / Degree in Facilities Maintenance and or Engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise and manage all facilities maintenance services.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and regulations.
• Coordinate administration of M&E works with consultants and clients.
• Monitor systems breakdown, defects and shutdowns.
• Conduct inspections for property maintenance.
• Recommend and implement improvement works at client premises.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise and manage all facilities maintenance services, schedules and improvement works for effective and efficient maintenance operations.
• Ensure the team and external contractors/vendors comply with ISO standards and regulations.
• Coordinate and direct all administration of M&E works by liaising closely with the consultants and client.
• Monitor building’s system breakdown, defects and shutdowns.
• Conduct inspection to ensure property is well maintained.
• Recommend and implement improvement works if needed, at client’s premises to meet high service standards and facilitate / maintain good working relationship with client.
• Familiarise and able to do quotation.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in related Facility Management or equivalent.
• Minimum Diploma / Degree in Facilities Maintenance and or Engineering or equivalent.
