Job summary

A leading marine engineering company in Singapore is looking for a team leader for maintenance and overhauling jobs. You will supervise a team onboard vessels and in the workshop, coordinate with customers and suppliers, and ensure safety procedures are followed. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Mechanical or Marine Engineering, possess man-management experience, and be proficient in MS Office. This role offers a typical 5-day work week with working hours from 7.45 am to 5 pm.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Diploma in Mechanical or Marine Engineering.
• Ability to deal effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Required experience in man-management for supervising and deploying workers.
• High level of initiative is necessary.
• Able to work effectively under pressure.
• Proficient in MS Office is required.

• Provide logistic support e.g indent of spares and follow up
