Job summary

Qualifications

  • Degree in any discipline
  • At least 10 years of working experience as a manager in facilities management/building/hospitality/environment preferred

  • Excellent communication, leadership and people management skills
  • Initiative, able to take pressure, multi-task and work independently

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Deputy Director in achieving the goals and objectives of the department
  • Lead a team of Managers and Senior Executives in delivering excellent customer care
  • Ensure smooth operations in F&B Services, Kitchen Operations, Fleet Services, Housekeeping, Pest Control, etc.
  • Responsible for budgeting, recruitment, training and overall performance of departments
  • Lead and implement improvement projects
