As an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager at our property, you will play a crucial role in leading the food and beverage/culinary operation, which includes overseeing Restaurants/Bars, Room Service, and Banquets/Catering. Your primary responsibilities will involve developing and implementing departmental strategies to ensure the successful execution of the brand service strategy and initiatives while meeting the needs of our target customers and maximizing financial performance.To qualify for this position, you should possess a high school diploma or GED along with 6 years of experience in the food and beverage, culinary, event management, or related professional area. Alternatively, a 2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related major, coupled with 4 years of relevant experience, will also be considered.Your core work activities will revolve around developing and executing food and beverage strategies and goals, leading food and beverage teams, maximizing revenue, ensuring exceptional customer service, and managing human resource activities. You will collaborate with your team to create promotions, menu items, and presentations, align the food and beverage operating strategy with the brand's business strategy, and monitor financial performance to drive revenue growth.Moreover, you will be responsible for fostering a culture of exceptional customer service, conducting regular communication with the food and beverage teams, and ensuring that service expectations are met.
