The role involves leading and managing manpower planning, developing effective recruitment strategies, and assisting in HR projects. Assistant Director, Manpower Planning & Staffing
You will lead, manage and coordinate manpower planning and the delivery of robust, service-oriented and integrated staffing solutions for SCH. These include the development of creative and effective recruitment strategies, in conjunction with HR colleagues and other key organisational stakeholders, and the delivery of streamlined, accessible and effective recruitment processing and associated advice and transactional services.
In addition, the incumbent is responsible for assisting Chief Human Resource Officer in the planning and implementation of HR related projects in order to fulfil and support the HR’s strategic objectives, including providing expert advice on HR matters relating to Manpower Planning, Staffing, Employee Relations and matters relating to the Employment Act.
