Responsibilities

• Assist in the clinic's day to day operations and functions.

• Responsible for all aspects of customer service including cashiering and appointment booking.
• Manage insurance matters and customer enquiries.
• Liaise with customers, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
• Assist in the renewal of government licenses.
• Complete other duties assigned by the reporting officer.

Assistant Clinic Manager

Working day: 5.5 days work week

Working Hour: Mon to Fri (9.00am - 5pm) | Sat (9.00am - 1:00pm)

Salary range: $3,000 - $4,000

Location: Mt. E Novena

Responsibilities

• Assist in the clinic's day to day operations and functions.
• Assist the Medical Director in the assigned clinic.
• Responsible for all aspects of customer service including but not limited to cashiering, appointment booking, and answering customer enquiries.
• Responsible for all matters pertaining to insurance, Medisave, and Letter of Guarantee(s).
• Liaise with customers, vendors, suppliers, and local regulatory bodies when required.
• Assist in the renewal of government licenses including but not limited to Clinic License, Fire, Insurance, and HSA.
• Other duties assigned by your reporting officer as required.

Requirements

• 1-2 years Clinic Supervisor/Manager experience
