Aureus Group in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Centre Manager to support the Centre Manager in driving sales, events, and day-to-day operations across Aureus centres.

You will implement training programs, mentor staff, and coordinate marketing campaigns to achieve growth and high customer satisfaction while upholding company standards.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years in a related field and at least 1 year in a team leadership role, with weekend work expected as part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the related field
• At least 1 year in a team-leader position
• Available to work on weekends with two weekdays off

• Drive sales and enrolments targets and lead scalable sales initiatives
• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure a high-quality centre experience
• Administer training programs and provide mentorship to staff
• Coordinate events and marketing campaigns to maximise growth

• Ensure clear communication of company values across channels
• Oversee Aureus Curriculum System adoption and compliance
• Track and report team evaluations and development plans
• Fulfil additional duties as assigned by Management
