Aureus Group is seeking an Assistant Centre Manager to support the Centre Manager in driving sales strategies and centre operations in Singapore. You will lead a team, execute training programs, and coordinate events to boost enrolments and revenue while maintaining high service standards.

The role focuses on scalable sales initiatives, staff development, and ensuring a positive customer experience in a dynamic music education environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a related field.
• At least 1 year in a team-leader position.
• Available to work on weekends with two weekdays off.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strategic mindset with growth focus.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and enrolments meeting monthly targets and lead generation.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and event management for the centre.
• Deliver staff training and mentorship to achieve goals.
• Promote positive workplace culture aligned with company values.
• Maintain CRM relationships and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns and performance reporting.
