Aureus Group in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Centre Manager to support the centre's operations and lead sales initiatives, align with the Centre Manager and drive revenue growth while ensuring customer and staff satisfaction.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, run training, coordinate events, and mentor staff, with a focus on implementing the Aureus Curriculum System and delivering a 5-star service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a related field.
• At least 1 year in a team-leader position.
• Available to work weekends with two weekdays off.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically in sales situations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Goal-driven with the ability to prioritise tasks for centre growth.
• Commitment to compliance and ethical business practices.

Responsibilities

• Regularly evaluate front desk performance for service, sales, and customer experiences.
• Oversee facilities/operations to ensure a seamless, high-quality environment.
• Achieve monthly lead generation, enrolments and lead conversion targets.
• Mentor staff and drive on-the-ground development and performance.
• Promote a positive workplace culture aligned with company values.
• Maintain customer relationships and resolve issues to boost satisfaction.
• Communicate with management to ensure alignment with core values.
• Ensure adoption of the Aureus Curriculum System across centres.
• Track and report team evaluations and improvement plans.
