Job summary

Aureus Group is seeking an Assistant Centre Manager to support the Aureus centre operations, drive sales, and lead a high-performing team. You will work closely with the Centre Manager to implement sales strategies, run events, manage daily operations, and mentor staff to achieve growth and customer satisfaction at the Singapore centre.

You will help optimise processes, ensure compliance with company standards, and coordinate marketing campaigns to boost centre performance and employee

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in related field and at least 1 year in a team-leader role.
• Availability to work on both weekends with two weekdays off.
• Strategic mindset with ability to adapt to various sales scenarios.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Goal-driven with ability to drive centre growth.
• Commitment to compliance and ethical business practices.

Responsibilities

• Performance enhancement through evaluating front desk performance and ensuring superior service, sales proficiency, and customer experience.
• Oversee logistics, facilities maintenance, and deliver a 5-star hotel-like centre experience.
• Achieve monthly lead generation, enrolments, and conversion targets; mentor staff to hit targets.
• Promote positive workplace culture and organise staff welfare events.
• Manage customer relationships to retain clients and optimise service levels.
• Ensure transparent communication aligned with company values across channels.
• Guarantee adoption of the Aureus Curriculum System and directives.
• Track and report team evaluations, development plans, and improvements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Management.
