Job summary

Aureus Group is seeking an Assistant Centre Manager for our Singapore centres. You will work closely with the Centre Manager to execute sales strategies, manage daily operations, and mentor staff to achieve revenue and customer-satisfaction targets.

You will drive events and marketing campaigns, oversee training programs, and help create a positive environment aligned with our values. Weekend availability is required and opportunities for career development are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in related field.
• At least 1 year in a team-leader role.
• Available to work on weekends with two weekdays off.
• Strategic mindset with ability to think critically in sales scenarios.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Goal-driven with ability to drive centre growth.
• Strong commitment to compliance and ethical business practices.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate front desk performance and customer service quality to boost satisfaction and sales.
• Oversee logistics and facilities to maintain a seamless, high-end centre environment.
• Drive monthly sales, enrolments, and lead-conversion targets; mentor staff to meet goals.
• Promote a positive workplace culture and organise staff welfare events.
• Manage customer relationships and ensure high retention and satisfaction levels.
• Ensure clear, consistent communications aligned with company values across channels.
• Guarantee adoption of the Aureus Curriculum System and track progress.
• Document and report team evaluations, development, and improvement plans.
• Fulfilling additional duties as assigned by Management.
