Aureus Academy is seeking an Assistant Centre/Sales Manager in Singapore. The role drives sales, manages events, trains staff, and enhances growth through strategic initiatives within a full-time Centre Management capacity.

You will lead front desk performance, oversee operations to deliver a premium experience, and mentor team members to achieve their targets while upholding company standards and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of related field experience and at least 1 year in a team-leader role.
• Willing to work on weekends with two weekdays off.
• Strategic mindset with ability to think critically in sales scenarios.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaboration and leadership.
• Goal-driven with ability to focus and prioritise tasks driving centre growth.
• Commitment to compliance and ethical business practices.

Responsibilities

• Performance Enhancement and Feedback - regularly evaluating front desk team's performance for service, sales, and customer experience.
• Enhance Centre Experience - oversee logistics and facilities for a flawless working environment.
• Sales and Growth - meet monthly lead generation, enrolment, and conversion targets; mentor staff.
• Workplace Culture and Etiquette - promote positive work environment and staff welfare events.
• Customer Relationship Management - ensure customer retention with effective problem-solving and high service standards.
• Communication and Transparency - maintain aligned communications across channels and with management.
• Aureus Curriculum System - ensure full adoption and attainment of Enigma system goals.
• Documentation and Reporting - track evaluations and development plans.
• Ad-Hoc - perform additional duties as assigned.
