Job summary

Aureus Group is seeking an Assistant Sales/Centre Manager to support the centre’s sales strategy, drive enrolments, and optimize daily operations within a dynamic music education environment in Singapore.

Working with the Sales/Centre Manager, you will lead a front-line team, deliver training, mentor staff, and coordinate events and campaigns to maximise growth while upholding exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and enrolments through effective team leadership and coaching
• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure high service standards
• Execute training programs and mentor staff to achieve targets
• Coordinate events and marketing campaigns to maximise growth
• Promote a positive workplace culture and staff welfare initiatives
• Maintain clear communication aligned with company values across channels
• Ensure adoption of the Aureus Curriculum System and related directives
• Provide accurate documentation and regular reporting on team performance
