Job Description
  • Assist in managing the full tendering process from document review, bid planning, proposal development, to submission.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (operations, M&E, cleaning, security, landscape, procurement, HR, finance) to gather inputs required for tender submissions.
  • Prepare tender documentation, project write-ups, method statements, organisation charts, and supporting materials.
  • Ensure all tender requirements, formats, and timelines are strictly adhered to.
  • Support in drafting, formatting, and proofreading proposal documents to ensure clarity, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Support tender clarifications, negotiations, and documentation for contract award.
Job Requirement
  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in tendering, bidding, or proposal coordination—preferably in the Facilities Management or Built Environment sector.
  • Familiarity with IFM services (M&E, Cleaning, Security, Landscape, etc.) and public tender platforms (e.g., GeBIZ) is an advantage.
  • Strong writing, editing, and document formatting skills.
  • Good communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and capable of managing multiple deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
