Description

As Asset & Logistics Manager for the Asia-Pacific region, you will ensure operational integrity and comprehensive lifecycle management of critical infrastructure assets at multiple facilities. Your responsibilities encompass supporting mechanical, electrical, fire safety, and monitoring systems—ensuring all assets are accurately recorded and managed virtually within enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow (CMMS and CMDB) and physically in our storerooms.

You will champion the standardisation of asset tagging and storage planning, aligning APAC practices with global asset management standards. Collaboration with site teams, construction, procurement, and service desk operations will be key to driving continuous improvement within ITIL-aligned processes, supporting strategic initiatives including market expansion and system integration, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational protocols.

Essential Job Functions
  • Oversee lifecycle management of critical infrastructure assets across the APAC region.
  • Collaborate with CMMS administrators and Site Operations teams to onboard and maintain Configuration Items (CIs) in the CMDB.
  • Ensure data integrity, accurate recording, and grouping of assets in CMMS and CMDB systems.
  • Drive and lead compliance of Asset Management processes including procurement, tagging, storage, replacement, audits and disposal.
  • Lead standardisation of asset tagging and storeroom planning in APAC.
  • Train Site Operations leads on asset and spares tracking using Work Order Management modules, supporting field operations and customer reporting.
  • Optimise preventive and corrective spares replacement management processes.
  • Oversee storeroom layout standardisation and fit-out.
  • Drive storeroom management practices across APAC.
  • Align regional asset management practices with global standards.
  • Promote continuous improvement within ITIL-aligned processes.
  • Work closely with data centre site teams, service desk, and IT to ensure platform alignment with business needs and compliance standards.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in data centre operations and ServiceNow use; pursue opportunities to enhance processes and tools utilised by Critical Facility Operations teams.
  • Support business strategies and standardisation of systems, processes, and reporting improvements.
  • Engage key stakeholders to ensure requirements are documented, communicated, and incorporated into system or process solutions, providing updates on milestones.
  • Contribute to improved business process maturity by identifying and prioritising improvements, implementing changes to enhance data capture.
  • Travel will be less than 5%, occasionally for training purposes.
Job Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in asset management and storage planning within critical infrastructure environments.
  • Strong proficiency in CMMS and CMDB platforms, especially ServiceNow.
  • Minimum of three years’ experience in asset management, administration, and warehousing.
  • Experience with critical spares management, replacement cycles, asset tagging standardisation, and field service modules.
  • Sound knowledge of ITIL processes and continuous improvement approaches.
  • Excellent organisational and analytical abilities.
  • Proven capacity to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders across regions.
  • Strategic and critical thinking skills, supporting expansion and integration projects.
  • Relevant qualifications in engineering, facilities management, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Excel, ServiceNow (or similar CMMS), and data import procedures.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills; able to exercise clear judgement and effective problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to convey complex information to diverse stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to oversee several projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in written communication.
  • Adaptable with a proactive, can‑do attitude.
