Qualifications

Art and Maker Space Teacher

Accountable for the standards of teaching and learning and pupil progress in Art & Maker Space. This role sits at the intersection of art, design, technology, and problem‑solving.

August 2026 – Singapore

This is the only not for profit Jewish Primary and Secondary School in SouthEast Asia inclusive of a kindergarten and nursery, and the only International School in Singapore that began as an offshoot of grassroots community efforts. Reflecting the cultural diversity of Singapore, this is an internationally diverse community welcoming staff and students from around the globe. Families from all faiths are welcomed and the school is in a unique position to promote interfaith dialogue and cultural understanding. Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Degree or equivalent in a specialist subject or a related subject
  • A proven track record of teaching and raising attainment of students in the development of Art skills
  • 5 years’ teaching experience preferred; however candidates with 2–4 years post‑qualifying experience may be considered
  • Experience and familiarity with International Education is desirable
  • Experience of teaching IPC/IMYC would be an advantage
