A leading luxury audio company is seeking an Area Sales Manager in Singapore to enhance partner relationships across Southeast Asia. This role involves supporting Monobrand and Multibrand Partners, improving retail performance, and collaborating closely with various teams. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience, preferably in luxury goods, alongside strong communication and networking skills. Competitive salary and benefits offered.
Bang & Olufsen are looking to enhance our presence across South Pacific (Southeast Asia, Australia and New Zealand) with a new Area Sales Manager position. As part of our growing collaborative South Pacific team, you will play a key role in enhancing the performance of our Partner stores, a vital part of our global distribution strategy. This is a commercial role focused on supporting our Monobrand and Multibrand partners, promoting retail excellence, providing innovative retail knowledge, identify areas to enhance sales and provide Service Excellence.
Based in Singapore, this position works with partners in Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Philippines, Vietnam, Indonesia, as well as Australia and New Zealand.
To thrive in this role, we imagine that you have approximately 10 years’ experience within a sales environment, ideally from the luxury goods industry across the Southeast Asia region.

This role is a critical part of the expanding South Pacific team; including Marketing & PR, B2B Sales and reporting to the Market Director South Pacific. Additionally, you will be part of the Area Sales Manager community globally and work closely with our head office retail and sales teams to ensure high standards in our Monobrand stores. The external relationships with our Monobrand partners will be paramount in this role, collaborating daily with our partners and their store teams across South Pacific.

Compensation: Competitive salary and benefits package.

Travel: Approx. 40%, 2 days per week
