Job summary

GREAT RESOURCES M & E CONTRACTOR PTE LTD is seeking a Site Coordinator for residential building projects. You will report to the Project Manager / Site Manager and coordinate all Structural and Architectural works on site to ensure smooth progress.

You will monitor progress, liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and the Resident Engineer/Clerk of Works, plan and program site activities, and ensure adherence to safety procedures and regulatory requirements throughout the project.

Qualifications

• Min Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building Architecture or related field.
• Min 3 years of working experience in residential building projects.
• Familiar with BCA CONQUAS and Quality Marks assessment and safety aspects in the construction industry.
