Job summary

CHINA STATE CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING CORPORATION LIMITED SINGAPORE BRANCH is seeking a site-based professional to coordinate and oversee structural and architectural works on residential projects. You will report to the Project Manager/Site Manager and ensure smooth site operations, inspections, and timely progress.

The role requires a Diploma in Civil Engineering or Building Architecture and a minimum of 3 years local experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or Building Architecture from a recognized institution.
• Min 3 years of local working experience in residential building projects.
• Familiar with BCA CONQUAS and Quality Marks assessment and safety aspects in construction.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Project Manager/Site Manager for arrangement of site work.
• Coordinate and oversee all structural/architectural works on site.
• Monitor and coordinate works with subcontractors and handling suppliers and sub-contractors problems on site.
• Coordinate inspections by Resident Engineer and Clerk of Works.
• Plan, program and monitor work progress on site.
• Liaise with client’s representative, authorities and consultants for execution of work.
• Ensure site safety and implement safe work procedures to control risk.
