Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an experienced Architectural/Building Engineering site supervisor to oversee operations ensuring CONQUAS standards are met. You will coordinate architectural works on-site, review drawings, and liaise with clients and subcontractors.

The role requires a relevant diploma/degree, CONQUAS Site Supervisor certification (or eligibility after completing at least 2 projects), and minimum 2 years of related experience. Proficiency in MS Project and AutoCAD is expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in architecture or building engineering, or equivalent.
• Familiar with CONQUAS, BCA quality marks, and safety aspects in construction.
• Certified CONQUAS Site Supervisor; or eligible after completing at least 2 CONQUAS projects.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the same position.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and AutoCAD.

• Responsible for architectural work scheduling, material requisition, cost control and documentation
• Review Architectural drawings and identify discrepancies between M&E, structural, architectural and client’s provision
• Responsible for on-site architectural matters and quality checks
• Perform site supervision and co-ordination of architectural works
• Ensure all materials used and performed are as per specifications
• Preparation of reports as required

Requirements:

• Relevant Diploma, Degree in Architectural/ Building Engineering or equivalent
• Familiar with our local standard quality implementation, BCA CONQUAS and Quality Marks assessment and Safety aspects in the construction industry;
• Certified CONQUAS Site Supervisor; those not certified but had completed at least 2 Conquas projects may apply
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the same position
