Job summary

KASZON PTE LTD, Singapore, is looking for a Site Engineer with at least 3 years of experience in residential building projects to coordinate and supervise site activities.

You will report to the Project Manager, oversee structural/architectural works, monitor progress, liaise with clients and authorities, and ensure safety and quality through inspections on site.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in residential building projects.
• Familiar with BCA CONQUAS and Quality Marks assessment and safety aspects.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Project Manager / Site Manager for arrangement of site work.
• Coordinate and oversee all Structural / Architectural works on site.
• Monitor and coordinate the works with subcontractors and handling suppliers and sub-contractors problem on site
• Coordinate the inspection works by Resident Engineer and Clerk of works
• Responsible for planning, programming and monitoring of work progress on site
• Liaison with client’s representative, relevant authorities and consultants for the execution of work
• Ensure site safety and carry out safe work procedures to control risk
