Job summary

CHINA CONSTRUCTION (SOUTH PACIFIC) DEVELOPMENT CO. PTE. LTD. is looking for a Site Coordinator in Singapore to manage construction activities. The role involves reporting to the Project Manager and coordinating all structural and architectural works on site.

Candidates should hold a Diploma in Civil Engineering or Building Architecture and have at least 3 years of local experience in residential projects. Familiarity with BCA CONQUAS standards and safety protocols is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of local working experience in residential building projects.
• Familiar with BCA CONQUAS and Quality Marks assessment.
• Knowledge of safety aspects in the construction industry.

• Coordinate and oversee all Structural / Architectural works on site
• Monitor and coordinate the works with subcontractors and handling suppliers and sub-contractors problem on site
• Coordinate the inspection works by Resident Engineer and Clerk of works
• Responsible for planning, programming and monitoring of work progress on site
• Liaison with client’s representative, relevant authorities and consultants for the execution of work
• Ensure site safety and carry out safe work procedures to control risk

Requirements
