Job summary

Ho Lee Construction Pte Ltd is seeking a capable construction professional to join our site team. You will supervise RC works, plan and coordinate site activities, and liaise with subcontractor supervisors to ensure work aligns with drawings and specifications.

The role emphasizes safety, adherence to Safe Work Procedures, and a strong understanding of construction drawings; BIM/VDC knowledge is a plus for project integration.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience in building or civil engineering project.
• Strong flair for construction drawings.
• BIM/VDC knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Reports to Assistant Project Manager, Site Manager or Project Engineer.
• Supervise construction works to ensure conformity with project specs and drawings.
• Plan and coordinate site activities and liaise with subcontractor supervisors.
• Ensure works comply with Safe Work Procedures.

• Plan and coordinate the site activities and able to coordinate with subcontractor’s supervisors.


• Ensuring works carried out are complying with Safe Work Procedures.


• Experience in leading a group of RC workers an advantage.

Requirements

• Degree in Architectural or Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent.


• 5 years’ experience in building or civil engineering project.


• Possess strong flair for construction drawings.


• Knowledge in BIM/VDC is an advantage.
