Job summary

A leading architectural firm in Singapore is seeking an Architectural Coordinator to manage design intents and project execution. The role involves liaising with consultants, preparing tender documents, and supporting architectural projects. Ideal candidates should possess a degree in architecture, 1-2 years of experience, and proficiency in design software. Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong design portfolio are required. This position offers the opportunity to work on diverse residential and commercial projects.

Qualifications

  • Min. 1-2 years of relevant working experience in Singapore.
  • Ability to meet timely deliverables.
  • Familiar with Singapore Building Codes of Practices and Regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Liaise and coordinate with external consultants and the client team.
  • Preparation of tender documents and specifications.
  • Assist and support the office in architectural projects.
  • Liaison with Government Authorities on project execution.
  • Project management and coordination.
  • Monitor progress and conduct site inspections.
  • Resolve problems during construction.
  • Carry out feasibility studies and prepare designs.
  • Attend project meetings and write meeting minutes.
  • Submit plans to Authorities for approval.
