Job summary

A leading construction company in Singapore seeks a Civil Engineer with experience in commercial building projects. The candidate will be responsible for reviewing project specifications, scheduling, and ensuring accuracy of technical drawings while collaborating with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate should possess a recognized degree and have strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• At least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree or equivalent recognized by Board of Architects / BCA.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Commercial Building projects.

Responsibilities

• Review project specifications and ensure accuracy of construction drawings.
• Carry out scheduling, material requisition, cost control, and documentation.
• Coordinate with architects and other staff to resolve related issues.

Job description

• Review project specifications, technical clarifications, review accuracy of construction drawings, charts and forms
• Carry out architectural works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation.
• Prepare Material for submission
• Check & ensure of drawing according to design
• Coordinate with the Architect, Structural and M&E staff members to resolved related problems and issues.

REQUIREMENT:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent that is recognized by Board of Architects / BCA
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in Commercial Building projects in Singapore.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
