Purpose and Scope

• The Architectural Associate plays a pivotal position in design and development of projects, interacting and consulting with design and construction professional counterparts.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for construction project brief formulation, design conceptualization and presentation.
• Prepare and submit building plans and Building Plan clearances
• Formulate and provide Architectural details & specifications
• Assist in tender process
• Contract and construction management
• TOP & CSC procedures including completion/ handover of project

Qualification, Skills and Experience:

• Masters in Architecture or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experiences in Architectural practice (e.g. development of master plans, power plants, warehouses, offices, residential, additions & alterations works)
• Familiar with BIM (Revit), SketchUp, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Projects, AutoCAD and Photoshop
• Only Singaporeans will considered due to the sensitive nature of the job
