SG Consultants & Management Pte Ltd is hiring an experienced Architect & Interior Designer who is passionate about design and confident presenting ideas. This is a hands‑on role covering both Architecture and Interior design, with opportunities to work closely with our overseas office and support business‑facing work such as marketing and proposals.
Senior Level is encouraged to apply to helm our Architecture/ ID Department with job scope in Sales, Operation & Finance oversight.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop design concepts and carry projects through concept, schematic, and design development (Architecture + Interior).

• Produce drawings, design packages, and presentation materials (plans/sections/elevations, mood & material boards, 3D views, decks). You are to lead and guide.

• Present design work clearly and confidently to clients and stakeholders.

• Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and contractors to align design intent with buildability and timeline.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines with good prioritisation.

• Collaborate effectively with our overseas office team to ensure quality, consistency, and smooth coordination.

• Support business operations when needed, including marketing content, proposals, pitch decks, and client materials.

• Attend meetings and site visits; travel locally/overseas when required.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in Architecture and Interior Design.

• Strong portfolio showing integrated architectural + interior design work (concept to execution).

• Comfortable and conversant in client presentations and design discussions.

• Strong multitasking, coordination, and time management skills.

• Good communication skills and ability to work across cultures/time zones with overseas teams.

• Exposure to business operations / marketing is an advantage.

• Proficiency in relevant software is preferred (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp/Rhino, Enscape/Lumion, Adobe Suite, PowerPoint).
