SG Consultants & Management Pte Ltd is hiring an experienced Architect & Interior Designer who is passionate about design and confident presenting ideas. This is a hands‑on role covering both Architecture and Interior design, with opportunities to work closely with our Singapore & overseas office and support business‑facing work such as marketing and proposals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop design concepts and carry projects through concept, schematic, and design development (Architecture + Interior).

• Produce drawings, design packages, and presentation materials (plans/sections/elevations, mood & material boards, 3D views, decks). You are to lead and guide.

• Present design work clearly and confidently to clients and stakeholders.

• Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and contractors to align design intent with buildability and timeline.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines with good prioritisation.

• Collaborate effectively with our overseas office team to ensure quality, consistency, and smooth coordination. Understand and conversant in Singapore code, submissions process.

• Support business operations when needed, including marketing content, proposals, pitch decks, and client materials.

• Attend meetings and site visits; travel locally/overseas when required.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in Architecture and Interior Design.

• Strong portfolio showing integrated architectural + interior design work (concept to execution).

• Comfortable and conversant in client presentations and design discussions.

• Strong multitasking, coordination, and time management skills.

• Good communication skills and ability to work across cultures/time zones with overseas teams.

• Exposure to business operations / marketing is an advantage.

• Proficiency in relevant software is preferred (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp/Rhino, Enscape/Lumion, Adobe Suite, PowerPoint).
