Job summary

Stripe Payments Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a strategic recruitment partner to scale Technology teams across APAC.

You will manage the full lifecycle of recruiting while advising leadership on talent strategy and market insights. A strong emphasis is placed on data-driven decisions and continuous process improvement. The role requires Mandarin fluency, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable recruiting plans.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (in-house preferred).
• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese; ability to communicate with Taiwan-based candidates.
• Experience partnering with tech hiring teams throughout the recruiting process.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; trusted advisor to stakeholders.
• Demonstrates initiative; can navigate evolving environments with autonomy.
• Data-driven use of market trends and internal metrics to refine recruiting strategy.

Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to align on hiring priorities and headcount plans.
• Translate changing business needs into practical recruiting plans and ownership.
• Lead day-to-day execution of recruiting plans: sourcing, outreach, interviews, offers, and closing.
• Stay agile as priorities and market conditions change; identify risks and adjust plans quickly.
• Build and maintain qualified candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and referrals.
• Provide regular, data-informed updates on hiring progress, pipeline health, risks, and opportunities.
