Stripe is expanding its technology teams in APAC and is seeking a strategic partner to scale recruiting across the region. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle while advising leadership on talent strategy and market insights, embracing a learning culture and collaborative feedback.

Qualifications

Mandarin Chinese fluency and ability to engage Taiwan-based candidates.
6–10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
Experience partnering with tech hiring teams throughout recruitment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Autonomous, proactive, and capable in evolving environments.
Data-driven approach using market trends and internal metrics.

Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to align on priorities.
Translate changing business needs into practical recruiting plans.
Lead day-to-day execution: sourcing, outreach, interviews, offers, closing.
Stay agile as priorities change and keep stakeholders aligned on next steps.
Build pipelines through referrals, events, and local outreach.
Share regular updates on hiring progress, pipeline health, risks and opportunities.
