Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Go-to-Market Recruiter for Asia-Pacific to own end-to-end recruiting across GTM functions in APAC. You will partner with senior leaders to set hiring strategies, build scalable processes, and deliver a top-notch candidate experience while driving data-informed decisions.

In this role, you will own full-cycle recruiting, craft sourcing plans, and collaborate with Finance, People Ops, and Legal to ensure successful hires that support Stripe's growth in the region.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written English communication
• Strong ability to influence senior leaders and decision-makers
• Proven ability to use data to optimize hiring outcomes
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to understand hiring objectives and develop recruiting strategies for APAC GTM hiring
• Propose and implement scalable recruiting changes to expand GTM teams in APAC
• Track and analyze recruiting metrics and report progress to leadership
• Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to identify and engage top talent
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, People Ops, Benefits, Onboarding, Legal) to deliver a smooth candidate experience
