Job summary

Stripe is seeking a strategic Talent Partner for APAC to scale technology teams. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partner with leadership on talent strategy, and translate business needs into actionable hiring plans.

The role requires 6–10 years of full-cycle recruiting, Mandarin fluency, and strong stakeholder relationships. This fixed-term position in Singapore offers exposure to a global platform and opportunities to shape Stripe's regional growth.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (in-house preferred).
• Professional fluency in Mandarin Chinese, with the ability to communicate with candidates in Taiwan.
• Experience partnering with tech hiring teams and acting as a trusted advisor.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with ability to influence internal stakeholders.
• Demonstrated initiative and ability to navigate evolving environments with autonomy.
• Data-driven approach using market trends and internal metrics to improve process efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to align on hiring priorities and headcount plans.
• Translate changing business needs into practical recruiting plans and clear ownership.
• Lead day-to-day execution of recruiting, including sourcing, outreach, interviews, offers, and closing.
• Adapt plans as priorities and market conditions shift, keeping stakeholders aligned on next steps.
• Maintain qualified candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and outreach.
• Share regular data-informed updates on hiring progress, risks, and opportunities.
