Job summary

Stripe is seeking a strategic recruiter to support hiring across the APAC region. The role entails owning full-cycle recruiting and partnering with senior leaders shaping Stripe’s financial strategy and growth.

You will build trusted relationships with candidates and hiring teams, advise on market conditions, develop sourcing strategies, and track recruiting data to drive outcomes. This is a senior, high-impact role within a global team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders on hiring strategy, talent-market insights, and complex searches.
• Ability to manage multiple searches across a wide variety of functions and hiring managers.
• Ability to build trust with senior stakeholders using data and market knowledge.
• Experience developing AI-first sourcing and talent mapping strategies for senior roles.
• Ability to use recruiting data to identify trends, communicate progress, and improve outcomes.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple searches and shifting priorities.
• Collaborative approach across functions to solve problems and improve hiring experience.
• Curiosity about emerging AI tools and practical adoption.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to understand business priorities, define hiring plans, and develop recruiting strategies.
• Own the full recruiting lifecycle, from intake and sourcing through offer acceptance and onboarding handoff.
• Educate hiring teams on APAC talent-market conditions, candidate availability, competitive dynamics, and hiring approaches for senior roles.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies that build broad, qualified candidate pipelines.
• Build strong candidate relationships and deliver a thoughtful, timely candidate experience.
• Use recruiting data to track progress, identify risks and opportunities, and provide updates to leaders.
• Improve recruiting processes where needed, testing practical changes that help hiring teams move with clarity.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Comp, People Ops, Benefits, Onboarding and Legal.
• Uphold structured, competency-based hiring practices and help teams assess candidates against role requirements.
