Stripe is seeking a consultative recruiter to scale and support Business and Core teams across APAC. You will own full-cycle recruiting, shape hiring strategy, and deliver an excellent candidate experience from Singapore.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• In-house recruiting experience preferred
• Strong track record of meeting targets in high-volume hiring
• Ability to partner with hiring teams and act as trusted advisor
• Comfort with ambiguity and autonomy in fast-moving environments
• Proven ability to attract passive candidates and build diverse pipelines
• Data-driven problem solving and capability to identify trends and drive improvements
• Strong written and verbal communication with internal/external stakeholders
• Experience hiring in Singapore market (preferred)
• Experience with recruiting tools and reporting (Visier/Greenhouse/GodTime/Gem)
• Ability to adopt AI tools and scale workflows

Responsabilités

• Fulfill junior-level and high-volume requisitions while scaling teams in Singapore.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand hiring objectives and develop recruiting strategies meeting headcount goals.
• Partner with Recruiting Analytics to ensure accurate reporting on hiring progress.
• Build cross-functional partnerships with Compensation, HR, Finance, and other teams to scale hiring.
• Consistently generate a healthy pipeline of high-quality candidates through branding, events, and referrals.
• Provide timely reporting on key metrics and insights to inform decisions and improve processes.
