Job summary

Stripe seeks a consultative SDC Business Recruiter for a fixed-term contract located in Singapore. You will own full-cycle recruiting for APAC, scale hiring strategies, and ensure a strong candidate experience.

You will partner with stakeholders, drive pipeline through branding and events, and collaborate with Compensation, HR, Finance, and other teams to meet headcount goals. This role emphasizes autonomy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in-house preferred.
• Track record of meeting targets and high-volume hiring in a fast-moving environment.
• Experience partnering with hiring teams as an effective partner and trusted advisor.
• Ability to handle ambiguity with autonomy and responsibility.
• Proven ability to attract passive candidates and build diverse pipelines.
• Data-driven approach to problem solving and process improvement.
• Strong written and verbal communication to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill junior-level and high-volume requisitions while scaling teams.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand hiring objectives and HR teams.
• Collaborate with Recruiting Analytics to report on hiring progress.
• Build cross-functional partnerships to scale hiring across Stripe.
• Generate a healthy pipeline of high-quality candidates through branding and employee referrals.
• Provide timely reporting on metrics and insights to inform decisions.
