Job summary

Stripe in Singapore is seeking a strategic Technical Recruiter (Fixed Term Contract) to scale our APAC technology teams. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle and partner with hiring managers to define talent plans.

You will translate business needs into practical recruiting strategies, build pipelines, and provide data-driven updates on progress. Fluency in Mandarin and in-house experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (in‑house preferred).
• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese, including Taiwan communication.
• Experience partnering with tech hiring teams throughout the recruiting process.
• Strong written and verbal communication; trusted advisor to stakeholders and candidates.
• Demonstrates initiative and autonomy in evolving environments.
• Data-driven approach using market trends and internal metrics.

Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to align on hiring priorities and headcount plans.
• Translate changing business needs into practical recruiting plans, clear ownership, and timely actions.
• Lead day-to-day recruiting: sourcing, candidate outreach, interview process management, offer support, and closing.
• Stay agile as hiring priorities, business needs, and market conditions change.
• Identify risks early, adjust plans quickly, and keep stakeholders aligned on trade-offs and next steps.
• Build and maintain qualified candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, referrals, recruiting events, and local talent-market outreach.
• Share regular, data-informed updates on hiring progress, pipeline health, risks, and opportunities.
• Use stakeholder feedback and hiring data to improve execution and candidate experience.
