Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Go-to-Market Recruiter for Asia-Pacific in Singapore. You will own full-cycle GTM recruiting, partnering with senior leaders to scale Sales, Marketing, and related operations. You will drive sourcing strategies, analyze hiring metrics, and ensure a top-notch candidate experience in a fast-growing environment.

The role emphasizes build-it mindset, learning agility, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver impact across Stripe’s GTM organization in APAC.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Strong ability to build relationships with senior leaders and influence decisions.
• Proven ability to use data insights to improve recruiting processes.
• Familiarity with ATS and sourcing tools to build pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across GTM functions in APAC.
• Develop recruiting strategies with senior leaders to meet headcount goals.
• Track recruiting metrics and report progress to leadership.
• Develop strategic sourcing plans to build inclusive candidate pools.
• Collaborate with Finance, People Ops, Benefits, Onboarding, and Legal for a smooth candidate experience.
