Qualifications

• Minimum JLPT N1 Certification (or equivalent business-level Japanese proficiency).
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in solution finance business.
• Experience in banking operations with strong communication skills.
• Knowledge in documenting securitization finance transactions.
• Robust business insight for closing deals.
• Collaborative skills for internal and customer-facing communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist SEC team with deal origination and execution.
• Conduct Borrower Rating processes and credit analysis.
• Cultivate relationships with SEC clientele.
• Manage communication with Japanese clients and Tokyo Head Office.
• Provide guidance to junior team members.
• Ensure transactions align with the Bank's risk profile requirements.
