Job summary

Softcat in Singapore is seeking a Multinational Dedicated Sales Support member to work with Regional Account Managers across the Asia-Pacific region. You will prepare quotes, source products, coordinate with vendors and internal teams to support multinational customers.

This role involves handling inquiries, processing orders, maintaining stakeholder relationships, and ensuring the sales process runs smoothly from request to delivery. We offer hybrid working and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
• Highly organised and detail oriented.
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers and partners.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent time management with fast turn-around times.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT product quotes and source the equipment to enable the sales process to run smoothly.
• Organise the workflow of sales support services to the designated sales personnel.
• Deal with customer enquiries while collaborating with different departments.
• Obtain prices for product requests with negotiation and margin awareness.
• Deliver verbal and written communications with account managers.
• Interact with IT partners and distributors.
• Log orders onto the internal database.
