Job summary

Roadget Business PTE. LTD. is seeking a motivated IT Support Specialist to provide hands-on technical support and maintain IT infrastructure for local users in Singapore and remote users across APAC. You will ensure smooth daily operations and uphold high service standards.

The role covers on-site device support, onboarding/offboarding, security compliance, incident documentation, and collaboration with vendors. Strong customer service and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues promptly.
• Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems and remote support tools.
• Familiarity with network fundamentals and endpoint management.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily hands-on IT support for Singapore office devices including workstations, laptops, and printers.
• Deliver executive-level IT support and remote assistance to APAC-based employees.
• Collaborate with internal teams to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues.
• Manage user onboarding and offboarding by setting up accounts and orientations.
• Maintain IT security, updates, and compliance with company policies.
• Keep documentation of IT incidents, assets, and solutions for transparency.
• Coordinate with third-party providers to ensure timely resolution and standards.
• Support and implement IT policies and procedures to align with requirements.
